When have you had to be extra thorough in completing tasks during your career?

"I have to be extra thorough from time to time when I have especially detail-oriented clients. More often than not, this will mean spending additional time on calls with them to highlight their needs and what we can do on our end. Preparation is also key when I know a client requires extra attention. These are often my biggest clients, and taking the extra time is something I do with pride."

"Last year, we were working on a new skincare product for retail in my current role. As the person tasked with leading the effort, I had to ensure that the team stayed on track for the project deadline. This required fine attention to detail. When the project was a success, I knew my ability to communicate and stay organized was key. I took the extra time to meet with each team member individually in addition to our bi-weekly progress meetings.
