Tell me about your greatest work-related accomplishment. What made it such a proud moment for you?

"Looking back to where I am today in this interview with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, my greatest accomplishment has been graduating with my Master's Degree while working full time in the field. I was at the top of my class and working full time. This success showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and receive recognition for my dedication."

"I consider my greatest accomplishment to be leading a team to research and develop a sarcoma treatment for dogs when I worked in the veterinary pharmaceuticals industry early in my career. It was the first time I led the research and development pieces. I got to learn and grow in my communication skills and my project management skills, and we saw impressive results in a short time."

First and foremost, It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question because the door is open for you to do so. Show that you are proud of yourself and your career accomplishments by discussing what you feel is your top accomplishment. Convince the interviewer that you worked hard for it and came out with great results because of your hard work to seal the deal on your answer.
