Question 9 of 35

Tell me about an idea you implemented that made an impact.

"My professor used to email us a survey at the end of the course, and I often heard that students didn't feel comfortable sharing negative feedback for fear of retaliation. I approached my professor and suggested he create an online Google form to send out the survey to allow anonymity. I provided the feedback I'd heard and asked if he would consider this method. He was interested in trying it, so I showed him how to set it up and send it to the students in his classes. He later shared with me that he gained valuable feedback throughout the semester and attributed that to the new platform he was using to give students a voice anonymously."
