Why should we hire you?

Even though jobs at the NSA require a high-security clearance and U.S. Citizenship, positions there are highly sought after and typically have a very competitive candidate pool. If your interviewer will be facing a tough hiring decision in the end, they'll pose this question to give you the opportunity to give your sales pitch on why they should hire you. To best take advantage of the opportunity you have with this question, you should connect your ability to take your experience and education and perform the job at the highest level with your long-term commitment to a career with the NSA.
