"The greatest accomplishment in my career was graduating University as an honors student while still working full time in a related field. I was top of my class, and working full time. This success showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career, and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and receive recognition for my dedication."

"I have many accomplishments that make me proud. Overall, I would say that my greatest work accomplishment is the positive reputation that I have in the healthcare industry. I take great pride in my work and am happy that this comes through in the results of my day to day work."

My greatest work related accomplishment would be establishing an outpatient private practice that has a very good reputation in the community. When we opened up the practice, there were only maybe about 3 PT clinics in the area. Throughout the years, PT clinics have opened in the community, there must be a total of at least 10 clinics. However, we built a solid reputation of giving good quality care, & most of our patients are either referred by previous patients or by doctors who trust our skills. A few of the PT places have either closed or was sold to a company or another PT. It's been 12 years since we established the practice, we are still operational & successful.

This sounds like an exceptional accomplishment! I would recommend making your answer more concise. I have provided a revision, below.
"My most significant work-related accomplishment was establishing an outpatient private practice 12 years ago, that is still operational and successful. We have an excellent reputation in the community and have outlasted many PT clinics that have come and gone. We have a reputation for giving good quality care, and most of our patients are referrals from other patients and doctors who trust our skills."
