As a healthcare professional, it is very important to have excellent communication skills. Not just verbal communication skills, but I'm talking about the importance of listening & not just hearing. After 27 years in the healthcare field, I have learned to communicate effectively to achieve the completion of tasks and solve any issues or conflicts.
