Fashion retail is always changing, and it's important to have the ability to reprioritize on the fly. Hiring managers want to know that you can easily switch gears when necessary. Be prepared to give an example of a time that you had to act quickly and were successful.
"I worked in retail for three years and knew how fast things could change. One time, the company pushed up a deadline for our window displays, and I had to call a few of our best team members in at the last minute to make the deadline happen. It was a couple of long days of switching out window displays and tracking down what we needed, but I made a list of each action item and assigned them out to my team. We not only made the deadline but were done a day early."
