When I am faced with a problem at work, my first reaction is to step back and access the situation, and to collect as much information on the problem as possible. I believe that for every problem there is a solution, and once assessing the situation I will create the best solution possible to the issue which appeases all parties involved, before implementing it. If I am unable to solve a problem myself, I will ask my colleagues and if need be, my leaders, to aid me in solving the issue.
