My first job is still one of my favorites, and my manager had a large impact in my management style. She was patient, friendly, hardworking, and most importantly trusting of her staff. I sometimes struggle with over managing my colleagues, so I am trying to trust my staff more, practice patience, and come to work with a friendly and positive attitude every day.
