"I would say that the last time I stepped outside of my comfort zone was when I committed to home brewing a West coast style IPA. Sometime you just have to make the leap. And in truth, it didn't turn out as I hoped. But I learned what I could from the process and got back to it. Sure, it was a bad batch, but it was worth the time, money and effort, because what I learned from that first bad batch resulted in the second batch being the finest brew I'd yet crafted. As a hobby, I started on this beer and beverage journey. I love to continue that journey professionally."
