"Start my day early, allowing myself time to get up to speed on what’s happened over the last few hours while I’ve not been at work. I then start going through our backlog to see how I can best tackle the list of items. At the end of the day, I will go through the things I have done during my day and just ensure I’ve left clear feedback for the next shift to pick up and have a clear understanding of the progress"

You're off to a good start! Can you be more specific on the tasks and responsibilities throughout the day? One idea is to look at the job description for which you're applying and read the core duties and responsibilities. If you perform any of those during your day, share those specifically, as that will catch the interviewer's attention. Be specific about platforms, software, systems, equipment, etc., you use.
