"I have started to read a lot more; primarily business books related to customer acquisition, closing a sale, and negotiations. These newfound skills will be beneficial in this role with Ford."

I feel working within this new team for the last year has had a great effect on me personally, having more people around on my team, my skills have improved. I have had even more interaction with my colleagues, this has been a great experience and I believe I have contributed to the excellent teamwork we have accomplished as a collective. Working closer to more people has me more of a leader because I have needed to adapt to the situation, and delegate an operation, and set goals for the coming work shift ahead. when I have been working alongside someone if feel we have achieved a lot. I feel I've learned a great deal and feel more balanced with my life, I manage my exercise around shifts to keep me motivated and alert. this is a great key to being on the ball every day. having worked closely with our technicians and homologation team I have picked up so much knowledge and experience personally being around these people more and more. it has made me more appreciative of what job i do and how tackle my job role. it has opened my eye to the technician role greatly and it is something I feel I could do and adapt to very quickly. once we return to normal I will be looking to go on courses to learn more about my job in greater detail. I strive to be a better person always.

Cindy's Feedback
This is a good start. What you may want to do is focus on a specific skill that you've improved on. Is it your ability to work with a team? Is it a technical skill? How have you made improvements?
