what motivates me is striving to improve daily, my job is still new to me in some aspects, so I always want to be better at what I'm doing, and gaining greater experiences along the way. I constantly ask for feedback, whether it be from working on certification with homologation engineers or asking my technician for advice or pointers on how to complete a task, or better what I'm trying to achieve or even going to my team leader for advice on my drive style. when I work with others I always encourage and support my colleagues, I think this breeds confidence in not just myself but everyone around, a happy workforce is a great workforce. I work hard to achieve the goals I set myself as one day I'd like to achieve an ambition, to step up a level, and become a technician.
