"I'm looking for a long-term career path which is why I applied to this position. I have interacted with many people working at Dow over the years and most of them are very happy with the corporate culture that Dow has. I love how Dow offers opportunities for advancement for their employees. I have also heard from a coworker, that has worked for Dow, that usually Dow rotates employees every couple of years to new roles to advance their skillsets and expertise."
