Lauren's Feedback
You mentioned the store's reviews in a previous response, so I suggest taking a new angle for this question. I provided language from the Dollar Store's Mission Statement online. See below.
Dollar Tree's Mission Statement is founded on all the principles I value most as an employee. I, too, am a customer-oriented, and values-driven person. As a customer, I value the price point of the products, and want to be part of a company who empowers their employees to succeed and advance. Dollar Store "deals with others in an honest and considerate way," which I have witnessed as a customer and provide as a professional. I am the best fit for this position because I completely agree with the culture and values of the company.
