"While I'm very excited to come to Bristol Myers Squibb and work with national thought leaders in the world of oncology and cancer treatment, having unfamiliarity in this medical subspecialty is something I would need to get up to speed on quickly. I have all the confidence in the world in connecting with and working alongside some of the great leaders in this space from my time working with the top physicians in the neurosurgery field for the last 12 years. If I'm fortunate enough to be offered this opportunity, my first goal would be to connect with all of the top NTLs I would be working with so they can get to know me, my background, and in turn, I can learn their biggest needs and how they can be addressed."
