I've been lucky enough to work in positive environments, but I imagine a place that is overly negative or toxic would be unpleasant. Having said that, it wouldn't affect my productivity. I'm able to keep my focus very well; small hiccups are opportunities to learn from.

It's great that you've always had the opportunity to work in positive environments. A negative or toxic environment would entail what exactly to you? Gossip? Colleagues that don't get along? A micromanager as your boss? Try to give more details and talk about how you would overcome these problems if they presented themselves.
