The best reward for me would be to know that my hard work is noticed. A few extra discounts on some merchandise wouldn't hurt either!
Marcie's Feedback
Awesome! So when you say that you like for your hard work to be noticed, does this mean that you like to receive verbal or written praise or recognition in front of your team? Be sure to clarify this for the interviewer so they know what motivates you. Bringing up merchandise discounts is a great idea too, and you could mention financial incentives as well if this also motivates you and makes you feel appreciated. Great job!
