"When I was working as an administrator at a financial firm, I worked in a very high-pressure environment. There was one case that was highly sensitive and required me to pay extra attention to detail. I had limited time to prepare the paperwork, but I was still able to support the lawyer and the client, by staying calm and carefully providing everything they needed. I asked questions to clarify the deadlines that needed to be met and set daily goals to meet them."

"Almost every day in my banking career has been filled with high-pressure situations. When I am faced with a stressful situation, I remind myself to slow down, breathe, and assess the situation before jumping in with both feet. Customers seem always to appreciate my calm and methodical approach."

The banking industry is usually high pressure as most people want to come in and out quickly. No one wants to be held down for long periods of time, so trying to invest time in a client one needs to understand their needs and be in a better position to offer the best possible solution can be difficult. The key though is never to rush the customer whether they have a complaint or just want to enquire about the bank's products but to remain calm and collected, be attentive, be empathetic and be honest about what you can do and can not do and propose alternatives.

You've provided general observations and strategies that can be helpful in a stressful scenario. However, this is a situational question that is best answered with a real workplace example. When responding to a situational question like this, it's best to use a specific example rather than responding with a generalization. You can form your response using the STAR framework, an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, Result. Describe the specific Task you were supposed to accomplish. Tell about the Action you took to overcome a challenge and complete the task. Finally, share the Result and how you contributed to the successful outcome. This framework will allow you to keep your reply well-organized so that the interviewer can follow along with your story.
