Before sending out anything I double-check my work and if it involves calculations I use a calculator just to ensure the calculations are accurate and I can also make use of a colleague to check my work before sending it out.

You can make your answer more specific by explaining what kind of work you do and why it's important that it is accurate. What may happen if you submitted incorrect work? Also, consider sharing other helpful tips you employ to ensure accuracy such as slowing down when a task is complex, automating what you can to remove the opportunity for human error, or carefully reading instructions to make sure you get it right the first time.
