I worked as a teller for over three years during which I never reported any losses but a few overages. I also worked in real estate where I received rent payments that were made at our offices in cash and would balance the register at the end of each business day.

You've clearly got cash handling experience! You can strengthen this answer even more by sharing the volume of cash you have experience handling (such as a cash drawer containing up to 5,000). You can also talk about your ability to accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and rent payments all made in the form of cash. Additionally, you can confirm if you're capable of counting large amounts of cash by hand as well as by using a counting machine. This will better highlight all of the different kinds of cash handling experience you have.
