I believe, especially in the aerospace industry, that companies are always adapting to innovations and research. Although adjusting to some changes may be extremely tough, you, as a company, must understand and take risks to determine whether such a change will be detrimental or positive. Therefore I am not a pessimist and always look at the positive aspect of change.
