In my most recent role, I ran the CNC Machine. One day, I came into work and we were told we had to produce x number of airplane panels by 7:00 pm that evening to fulfill a large client order that was promised the next day. Normally, that amount of airplane panels in a day is exuberant, however, it was important these panels go out as this company was one of our largest clients. So, I got to work and enlisted the help of two other CNC Machinists that day by making a rotating schedule and making sure we each had a smaller deadline to help us meet our overall deadline for the day. I am happy to say this kept us motivated and we ended up getting the x number of panels out that night and we had one happy client.
