What different computer systems do you have experience with in an office setting?

"I have used x system before in my previous role. As part of my role, I was required to update and amend records as and when changes occurred. I ran monthly reports for management review relating to X topics and started to develop skills in which to present this in graphical form. I have experience with all of the Microsoft Office systems such as Excel, Word, and Power Point. I have used the Google versions of these tools as well and use them to produce reports on daily statistics and trends over time."
