Describe one or two ways you will be able to make a positive impact at the university you're interviewing with if hired. Your answer should be focused on areas you have advanced knowledge of or experience in already. For example, you might mention that you will be able to put your impeccable organizational skills to immediate use if hired. Close by offering a way that you can use your soft skills to make an impact as a university administrator. You might mention your excellence in communication, teamwork, or ability to connect with students and faculty in a positive manner.

I have an excellent track record in accuracy and efficiency and I feel confident I will be able to continue to perform in this area shortly after my hire date. I encourage you to think about the pain points of the university and how you can relieve or even eliminate those issues, should you be hired. Your answer should focus more on what is in it for the employer if they hire you :) Be as actionable as possible with your response.

"From reading the job description, I believe that I will be able to quickly impact at the front desk to greet the visitors and answer phone calls. In the meantime, I am sure I won't be able to answer all questions, however, I will take the message notes and get back to people in a good manner and pick up new knowledge on the way.
