Part of your statement mentions what the senior admins will do for you - a bit off track from the purpose of the question. I encourage you to think about the pain points of the university and how you can relieve or even eliminate those issues, should you be hired. Your answer should focus more on what is in it for the employer if they hire you :) Be as actionable as possible with your response.

From reading the job description, I believe that I will be able to quickly impact at the front desk to greet the visitors and answer phone calls. In the meantime, I am sure I won't be able to answer all questions, however, I will take the message notes and get back to people in a good manner and pick up new knowledge on the way. I also believe I will positively impact the role as I am an excellent team player to become more efficient and effective.
