In the hotel industry it would be being the doorman with a 1000 pack function, directing traffic, handing out tickets for function with traffic backing out down kalakaua ave. Making sure I'm getting my boys moving. Parking the cars where they say there's no parking and make up parking spaces for them while this driveway is pumping.

Work exceptionally well with others, Quick learner, Dependable and Reliable these qualities are essential in this profession because you have to be able to work as part of a team to effectively accomplish the job at hand. As a ramp service employee, I've had to learn a new type profession that required a variety of skills that I had never been exposed to, but was able to excel in that position because I was like a sponge; eager to learn everything and anything. I pride myself on having an exceptional attendance record and making sure that my employer and co-workers can count on me to be at work when scheduled and that if in a bind; I would work for them if needed.

Iam a great team player. I listen and comprehend well. I work well with others and easy to work with.

Working together and good communication skills. Say if a container nedded to be unloaded at the last minute without any room on the dock, I would ask some of the co workers where would be a good place to unload the container.

Following the protocols while working a flight: Doing my user checks on equipment I'm using, wear my protective gear like vest, shoes gloves and earplugs, knee pads, do monthly lessons, use proper lifting techniques, report unsafe conditions to the lead or supervisor.

Being working in the hotel industry for 23years, I needed to take on more of a challenging job. I need something that can make life more challenging for me.

It's considered by many in hawaii as a coveted job that's very difficult to get in. The challenges of being selected amongst thousands, the comradie shared amongst come-workers, physical aspects and being outdoor.

No, your body heat from the movement will help to control your normal temperature. Versus the opposite of working in hot weather and trying to remain cool while working.
