Your answer here is strong, but this is really an opportunity to sell yourself so don't forget to also talk about the experience and skills that you bring to the table. You might mention your internship experience, some of the applicable classes you took in college that you excelled in, and how you're an amazing communicator and multi-tasker. You could also bring up the qualities you possess that will enable you to be respectful, fair, professional, and firm with the criminals.
