I manage stress by being organized, keeping an agenda with timelines, and by learning from past experiences. Also, I am not afraid to ask for help from colleagues when I am in need because teaching is a job where we need to help each other and grow so we can build a strong learning community together.

Rachelle's Feedback
Asking for help can be hard so, by showing your willingness to do this, you are assuring the interviewer that you are a great team player. Nice work :)

I think it's important to take a step back, breathe, and take a break. It doesn't have to be a long break. It could be as simple as stopping to meditate, watch a funny video, or make a phone call to a good friend. I think what helps me the most in teaching is to look to my former mentor. She is always such a great help in these moments when I am feeling overwhelmed.

Chad's Feedback
Stepping away from the situation for a break is an excellent strategy to manage work-related stress. The interviewer will also be pleased to hear you have a trusted mentor to consult when you are feeling overwhelmed. Nice work!
