I try not to let myself be distracted from the task at hand focusing on what needs to be done and how best to safely achieve my goal in as timely a manor as I can. Taking a deep breath to clear my mind of any thing not in relation to the job helps to stay focused on what's next . I'm not the type who loosees his temper and gives up when things aren't going my way or I'm faced with a problem. I'm a problem solver and will ask for help lf stumped.
