"In my current position, we run three shifts; a morning, an afternoon, and an evening shift. Because we are a 24/7 operation, each shift lead, and the operator must be fully in-the-know when we change hands. As your shop runs a similar operation, I will support continuity between shifts by ensuring my production and quality logs are always up-to-date. I will report any concerns or issues immediately and will brief the next operator before clocking out.
