"For the past few years, I have worked in laboratory environments where my main responsibility was to perform microbiological tests on milk samples. Specifically, I conducted standard plate count tests to determine the total bacterial load and checked for the presence of coliforms and other indicator organisms.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to take a molecular and microbiology course under the supervision of my professor. This allowed me to learn various laboratory techniques, including bacterial cultures, media and reagent preparation, antibiotic sensitivity testing, and the use of different biochemical and molecular techniques. I have also gained experience in PCR extraction and electrophoresis."
