What is your greatest weakness? What are you doing to improve it?

As a Bacteriology Technician, you have weaknesses and that's ok. This question will give you the opportunity to tell the interviewer what your weaknesses are and what you are doing to improve yourself. Don't choose a weakness that is a job requirement.

"A weakness of mine is public speaking. In my last feedback with my supervisor, we discussed my weakness and we are now working together to improve it. He has given me the opportunity to interact with small groups to give me the practice that I need to one day speak to large audiences."
