As a Bacteriology Technician working in a lab, you may run into situations where everyone doesn't quite get along. When answering this question be sure to answer calmly as sometimes bringing up stressful situations can bring back the emotions you felt at the time. Be sure not to name names, be too specific or talk negatively about the situation.

"There have been situations where my co-workers and I didn't agree on everything. We are a team that works well together and part of that is because we respect each. We give each other time to explain our concern and listen without understanding. There hasn't been a time we weren't able to work something out as a team."
