Explain to the interviewer that you understand the challenges it can bring, but you enjoy it nonetheless. Tell the interviewer if you are you currently standing all day at your current job. Tell the interviewer that when you start to get tired how you handle it.

Standing all day is part of the job as a lab assistant, so I have learned to adapt to it. I make sure to wear comfortable shoes and take short breaks when possible to avoid any discomfort or fatigue.
