If the interviewer asks this question, chances are the position is looking for an individual that adapts well to change -perhaps the position is not as rigid. Give a specific example of how you adapt well to a new situation if you can't think of a professional example tell the interviewer about a personal example.
"My Dad was in the military, so I moved a lot and attended three elementary schools and two high schools. So that personal experience really shaped me in my professional life to adapt well to change."
