The interviewer wants to know what you do to keep yourself up to date with the technology. This will help in explaining if you are growth oriented or if you are just carrying your work with the same old knowledge that you gathered from your school/college. An employee who keeps himself updated with the current technology is always considered to be an asset for an organization. So, if you are doing something to keep yourself updated then mention it here.
