1. Organization would be my biggest weakness however I have discovered if I make a list of things to do everyday I keep organized and get things done.

2. I dont step back for a second and take a breath when needed.

3. Public speaking would be something I have trouble with I am a shy person. But I have been improving on that ever since I have been taking a speech class in college had really improved my weakness.

4. Overthinking. When I have so much time, I will look at every possible situation and outcome, even when they are extremely unlikely. By thinking to much about those, I get distracted from my work. I have been trying to combat this by recently by trusting my gut decision more often. I still like to consider possible outcomes, but I limit myself by thinking of outcomes that are likely to happen, then go from there.
