This question will help differentiate those best suited to the company culture from the least promising candidates. So, spend adequate time determining what WTW uniquely has to offer your career, and how they align with your career goals and aspirations. Examine the value propositions they advertise online and which of those recruitment efforts speaks to you. "We accelerate impact, action, change. We supply data-driven, insight-led employee experience solutions that motivate your workforce, maximize performance and make your organization more resilient." In addition, they conduct employee surveys each year, but they advertise on their website the multiple employment awards they've received in recent years. Also, pay attention to what they have done to improve the whole employee experience for their workforce, both inside and outside of work.

WTW employees who have experienced the HireVue process advise that you "set aside roughly an hour" for your interview experience. Once a question is posed, you'll be allowed roughly 20-30 seconds per question to formulate your response. You're allowed up to three minutes to record each answer. There are no retakes. You get only one opportunity to record your answers. Some questions may take longer to answer than others, but only take as much time as you need. Don't try to run out the clock or allow it to cut you off. Be as succinct as possible.
As with any career plan, break up your ultimate macro-goals into micro-goals. As the first step of your WTW interview process, your goal is to deliver a recorded on-demand interview that the algorithm will forward to the recruiter, who will later review it. Therefore, you'll want to come across as believing you're the right fit for this opportunity, and if you're pursuing it for the right reasons. To properly convey a mutually beneficial fit, examine, compare, and contrast what WTW has to offer your career and what you have to offer them. Offer well-researched and well-thought-out reasons to convey you are an ideal match.
"I want to work for a company that I can trust my career with, and I feel confident I can develop and reach my career goals in the timeframes I set for myself. I spent a lot of time reviewing your whole employee experience, both inside and outside of work. The first thing that caught my eye, was that your company has 90% lower turnover than most companies. The company I work for has a fairly high turnover rate. So, when I learned this about WTW, I explored and found myself drawn to your culture and the employee environment you seem to foster. And, while the culture and values at my previous job seemed well aligned at first glance, I recognized I simply hadn't done enough research to substantiate that, and it wasn't as good of a fit as I'd thought. The work conditions at my previous job simply weren't in line with my ideal working environment either. So the more I learned about WTW, the more it seemed like an ideal match for what I am looking for. So, I'd love to learn more about it in detail in this interview, if you have more to share."
