This is another question designed to evaluate how aligned you are with their core values. One of WTW's core values is integrity. "Our clients invest more than their time and money with us; they also invest their trust. We seek to earn that trust every day through professionalism, doing what is right and telling the truth. We are accountable to the organizations and people with which we interact, including clients, shareholders, regulators and each other, for our actions and results."
In a recorded video, you need to be hyper-aware of how you'll be perceived. For example, HireVue recommends you find a location free of distractions. This is good advice. But, if you can't find a location free of distractions, they offer a feature that can blur out your background. In some informal settings, this might be perfectly acceptable. But this is not a good option for an interview. Remember, the recruiter views the video later and makes the final call. "Because HireVue is not directly involved in the hiring process, the company you applied to will follow up with you about their hiring decision." And, most recruiters may find that blurred background distracting, and others might wonder what you are hiding behind that blurred background. In other words, someone who has something to hide may lack integrity.

The algorithm will attempt to assess your integrity by evaluating how honestly you present your answers. Non-verbal cues for dishonesty are covering your mouth or your eyes, gaze avoidance, the direction of your eyes, excessive fidgeting such as restless foot and leg movements, frequent body posture changes, and grooming behaviors such as stroking your chin, pressing your fingers to lips, or playing with your hair.
"Integrity is about earning and retaining trust. It is the structure of your character, keeping your word, and doing the right thing. It is about holding yourself responsible and taking ownership."
