It's always better to be a few minutes early for a shift so you can be ready to pick up where another team-member left off as their shift ends. Make sure the interviewer knows that you plan for traffic, bad weather, and any other situation that could make you late for your shift. Make sure your interviewer knows that you are proactive and that you can handle the stress of unexpected situations.
