Our field is everchanging. That is why we must daily spend time researching and never stop learning. That is what will separate an average planner from an exceptional one.

You're right! But don't forget to go into exactly how you stay abreast of all these changes. Do you network and attend industry conferences? Do you read industry publications and/or stay up on current events by reading newspapers? Go into the specifics so the interviewer knows how you keep up with changes. Nice job!
