The interviewer will appreciate that you value honesty, but you'll need to go into more detail about why that's the case if you want your response to be at all memorable or meaningful to the interviewer. And perhaps delve into the question of whether or not there's ever a time when honesty isn't the best course of action. Do you ever employ tact in order not to hurt someone's feelings or try to time the bad news so it's not as devastating in your delivery? Discuss the various scenarios and emphasize your ability to handle them with both honesty and sensitivity.
