They can be confusing. So, I am careful to take each portion and explain, simplify, ask questions, and document the conversation, before going on to the next section.

Nice! Do you go page by page or section by section? Do you paraphrase the information? How do you confirm the client understands before you move on? Would you say that you're adept at simplifying complex concepts so the layman can understand them? If so, remind the interviewer of this skill. End your response by discussing why it's so important that your clients understand their contracts and explaining that you always make this a high priority. Good job!
