While it is not always easy to swallow your pride and accept feedback, show that you have the maturity and self-awareness to not only listen to feedback but also to take actionable steps towards improvement. Share with the interviewer the feedback that was offered to you and how you came up with a plan of actionable steps to grow in that area.

"In my mid-year review in my last role, my manager pushed me to be more vocal in departmental meetings. She liked hearing my opinion on things, but she was right that I was hesitant to speak up in front of the entire team. In order to make progress, I began sharing some ideas with her prior to meetings to build my confidence; this helped me feel more comfortable speaking up in meetings. I also asked my manager to hold me accountable in sharing once or twice per meeting, so that I could continue to build my confidence in my voice and my ideas. After gaining some positive feedback from others in meetings, I felt much more at ease freely sharing my thoughts and ideas with the group."

When working as a deputy manager in Fiji, I had to start scheduling classes during the weekend because there were chances to get more registrations but the teachers were not happy about it. I understood because they signed a contract that indicated they'd work from Monday to Friday, so we found an alternative, which was to host Saturday's themed workshops (poetry, yoga, writing, painting) with a rotation between all the teachers and depending on their interests, that way they only had to work one Saturday every two months. The workshops were a success and the teachers were happy to host them as it was a less formal way of teaching French.

Jaymie's Feedback
You did an excellent job providing an example of a time staff provided you as the leader with feedback. You gave a detailed description of the issue and walked the interviewer through your resolution process and the outcome. Well done!
