"In five years, I would like to be seen as an authority in our industry. I would like to be well-connected and trusted when it comes to my work here at SABIS Educational Systems."
Turnover in companies is expensive and time-consuming. Companies want to hire people who show an interest in sticking around and growing with the company. Interviewers also want to ensure you've done some research on the company and can speak to how/where you would like to grow professionally. Be sure to do your research and without promising anything you're not comfortable with, speak to your hopes of growing with the company for the foreseeable future.

From what I know from people who work for Sabis, careers are important and valued, and I see many of SABIS employees being employed for many years, that's one of the reasons why I applied at Sabis, I would like to work in an environment where I have space to grow and where that growth is encouraged. I could definitely see myself still working for Sabis in 5 years, since I have held leadership roles maybe by then I will be ready to take on more responsibilities and work for example as a head of the department.
