I'm a pretty empathetic person and the last thing one should worry about is the cost of their healthcare. We have all been there or know a loved one who has dealt with the financial burden. During this time, in my job role, if I can make it- I would analyze the data and determine the best outcomes for the company at the end it's overall how to improve the care that our members are receiving.

Empathy is important when working with patients and attempting to understand their needs or concerns. In addition, compliance and accuracy can make all the difference in whether or not healthcare services are received and/or covered by an insurance carrier. By ensuring that you work within the appropriate parameters and with accuracy, you're helping to ensure that patients are able to receive necessary care and are billed accurately, ultimately lessening the confusion or frustration in dealing with health insurance.
