"My manager asked me to review a spreadsheet of providers to make sure they were credentialed properly at a certain medical facility. Upon looking at the spreadsheet, I noticed many errors in the spelling of people's names as well as fields on the document that didn't make sense. Instead of just making sure they had all the missing pieces of the credentialing process, I cleaned up the entire spreadsheet to make sure everything was accurate so that reports would have the proper data."

I am very ambitious, especially when it comes to helping patients. A time I went the extra mile was when a patient was seen at my facility. They were having their care continued at another location for a procedure. It was urgent. the facility needed a CD with images. That day our overnight mailing was completed. The other facility needed this in order to continue the patient's care. I felt compelled that - this is urgent and for the healthcare and well-being of this patient. I took it upon myself to drive after work and deliver this CD myself to the other facility which was 25 minutes away, so they could have all the information needed to provide the right care.
