They were having their care continued at another location for a procedure. It was urgent. the facility needed a CD with images. That day our overnight mailing was completed. The other facility needed this in order to continue the patient's care. I felt compelled that - this is urgent and for the healthcare and well-being of this patient. I took it upon myself to drive after work and deliver this CD myself to the other facility which was 25 minutes away, so they could have all the information needed to provide the right care."
