I most recently have learned about the benefits of collaboration and inclusion as a way to problem-solve. I am taking a class in project management and have realized the benefit of brainstorming with others to find out how the problem affects them and listen to any suggestions they might have to mitigate the situation. Then taking what you learn from those sessions and collaboratively find a solution.

The interviewer wants to know more about your behavior and responses under certain situations, so I recommend telling a story of a specific time when you showed a willingness to learn or try a new approach to overcome a roadblock. One other suggestion to note, beware of switching from 'I' language to 'you' language. For instance, you start by saying 'I am...' and then finish with 'what you learn...' Remain in the first person whenever possible so that your answer feels personal and more connected.
